Pass Box is a device located on partition wall of clean rooms to act as a buffer area for objects transmission of outside and inside of a clean room, which may prevent the clean room from spoiled airflow and room pressure due to door opening upon objects transmission, further minimizing workers’ moving to avoid entry of outside dust. Therefore, entrance and exit for pass box are required to acquire interlock control which is not allowed to simultaneously open the doors, avoiding any cross contamination.
